... got off the tube. They provided a map, but a lot of the streets had no name. And not in the cool U2 type of way. Sharon and I lugged our bags around the station to try to find our hotel but had no luck. Eventually I left Sharon on the street corner with our bags while I toured the neighborhood. Finally I found a street that was on the map and we found our hotel.

... up for a couple of hours to do some shopping. I didn't buy much myself, just had walk around and soaked up the atmosphere of the place.
From there we caught the tube into Soho, which was described to be as a suburb of gays and pornography lol. It was a great place, with heaps of cool cafes and a nice park to sit around in. There were alot of well ...
... got back, that’s one large park! Did get some nice images, had yogurt with nuts honey and fruit plus coffee at the Lido, oh yes there is a good size lake in the park. Photographed royal stuff, people, flowers, carriages and who knows what else. Its un-normally hot in London so I moved from tree to tree through the park [that must have looked strange] and now at the keyboard to catch up a bit ...
Paddington, England, United Kingdom alderpan... how cool they were, and Jeff really wanted to race matchbox cars down them). The museum was in a part of London with way fewer tourists and it was much quieter and felt more homey. We stopped at a great little outdoor cafe on our way back and sat outside and had a delicious (and cheap!) lunch. We headed back to the hostel to get our stuff and begin our journey to Paris. Unfortunately there were a couple problems with our well-thought-out ...
London, England, United Kingdom europeuncut... bee sting ever came from a bee that should've already been dead! Yesterday was Sunday and we had officially finished work so we had the day to do as we pleased. I got up early to pack up all my things and at 7:30, Beibei and I walked to Plumpton Station for our last England adventure. We took the train to Windsor Castle. It looks so much like a proper castle from the outside so it was really nice ...
London, England, United Kingdom addicted2travel... to broad. London time is an hour before Europe time. We arrived at London time 15 minutes to 12 noon and our coach bus was at 12 noon thus we missed it. Though, the bus come every 15 to 20 mins so we were saved. We were kind of delayed partly because the UK airport custom officer enquired about our parents' occupation and being curious, I questioned my doubt. They have to ask to know if we are capable of holidaying in London. So be prepared to be asked and don't freak out.
London, United Kingdom ariel_europe... that power, she permits him that power. A patriarchal power it certainly is not. He does not vanquish her, she leaves of her own accord. After all, if Mary Poppins did not let go, we know the children would love her more than their parents. What, then, do we make of Mrs Banks, high-flying socialite suffragette Mrs Banks? Surely this is anti-feminist, you say. Well, it's mocking of the movement, granted. She's a parody the spirit of the suffrage ...
London, United Kingdom argumentativeWhat a long strange trip its been thus far... Won't get too far into it at this time... It's ten at night in Paris and fixing to find dinner... After having our flight delayed a day due to security issues, London and Bristol was uneventful but a struggle to get up topside after exiting the airplane. After a brief visit with Paddy (very cool pad, could spend days just looking at articles/posters on his walls), went to Glastonbury ...
London, United Kingdom hoshisan... to be coping with the new addition well, and hopefully that continues. I'll try and add more later, but in the meantime, viva Charlie!
London, United Kingdom technotrekker... spot for 20 minutes." A Ministry of Defence spokesman said: "We can't really speculate on what it could have been but if it stayed in the skies a long time I'm sceptical on wheth** it was a UFO." Obviously a cov**-up. Why can't a UFO stay in the same place? It's a UFO! It may have a highly sophisticated hov**ing function. And I'm sure that aft** travelling millions of ...
