After planning and planning for a year (little over!) the
day has finally come for us to start our travels. Our flight is tonight at 9pm
and we are being picked up shortly. I am very exited and cant wait for the
    adventure to start.

I look forward to updating the blog as we travel... first stop THAILAND!

    On a side note....

A year ago I made a list of 30 things to do before I am 30. I found the list recently and have decided to try to complete the list. ...

We leave tomorrow. The preparations (which can be broadly categorised as wedding, work, and travel related) have been almost all consuming. As for the wedding, Dorette has been heroic and I'm looking forward to it with excitement and trepidation in equal measure. Luckily we were up at Europe Cite .... which was unfortunately closed on that Sunday. The shopping opportunities are passing me by! Alas!

... and took a massive tumble/neck cruncher on the last run of the day as usual but all good! Got some good shots but again realised the GoPro doesn't do the steepness of the slopes justice and hense our gnarliness looks pretty average on film!

One final adventure trip up to the deserted Puigmal Ski Station to hike up and board back down in the otherwise abandoned ski resort one last time.

... station. Apparently we don't do very well with trains. When we got off the train, we weren't even sure that we were in the right city. This was the kind of station you would see in Young Frankenstein or something like that. Luckily we were in the right place and went to get our rental car. After we got all settled in, it was time to drive up to Luxembourg. We were doing alright until all of a sudden the GPS took us the wrong way and we ended up pulling over ...
