All set up on the flight now. About to leave the US and pass over Canada. So far so good. I am half way through Maleficent and then plan to watch Transformers. I could try the whole sleeping thing, but I've never been one to sleep on any form of travel. Maybe towards the end of my journey I will get a short kip. Until then I await my food and drink, and will continue with the entertainment offered. Only 5 hours and 9 minutes left of flying time, I do hope I will get both ...

So I have now had my first experience of an American grocery store. At first it was a little much to get my head around, and I didn't want to keep Robin waiting too long as she had kindly driven me down there. I definitely went round in circles a few times - having gotten some milk (Americanism? I've only been here 2 and a bit days...Or is it an English-ism that I have forgotten already...) I headed back to the other end of the store ...
