    Today was a long, somewhat stressful day that ended really well.     ... and Parma, followed by a bowl of tagliatelle with salmon in a cream sauce. For mains they both selected the local lake fish "Lavarelle" in a butter and sage sauce. A simple dish but so tasty and it complimented the Ca' Brione, Terraxxe Reticho di Sondrio perfectly.
