... to have come down with the flu, so we are hoping that he will be able to make it out in a few days. But flu symptoms and flying for 27 hours were not a combination he really wanted to try, so he is staying home for the day. Hopefully it's a short lived bug and he is able to join us shortly! Greg, Cari, Paul and Jan should be in Australia by this time. Today it is Mom, George and myself making the trek! Wish us luck!

... cabin from the 1800's and put it out on the the property. It's one big room with a loft and housed 17 people at one time!
I didn't care for most of his paintings as they were rather dark, however that was the way paints were in his time. Some of his work (including portraits) are VERY beautiful.
The fox came back again this evening (as he usually does at about 5:30 or so) and this time I got him on film (so to speak).

This morning we went to 'The View' restaurant with Bill and Jeni and their daughter Suzi and her husband Don. OMG good food and great bloody mary's! Such a fun group. Lots of laughter at our table.
After brunch we went out to the view point and took pictures with the 'stoner' statue. (A statue of a couple with their arms around each other looking out at the lake.)
