So it's been over a week since I last wrote a blog... I apologise to all the fans out there!! Lol jokes... Last week was simply incredible! Almost everybody skips Guatemala city, but since I had a couple of days to spare I decided to take on Central Americas largest city and i have to say I'm very gad that I did. The chicken bus dropped me on the outskirts, and heeding the warning of the dangers of the city transport I ...

... were well taken care of, starting with Jason asking for the accurate currency exchange rate instead of the hiked up one they were using. They wouldn't allow for the accurate rate to be used, but instead they offered us free transport. This meant that our upgraded package would now only be slightly higher than the one we originally booked. Though this wasn't our intention, we were happy to save some of that money.

Our spa day started out with the thermal ...
