... to Yangmingshan National Park. Hiked up the highest "mountain" of the park at just under 4000 ft. It was pretty hot though at 30C. Like most big cities, Taipei is shrouded in thick haze. We went to look at the free public hot spring. It is gender segregated as clothing is not allowed in the pools. Didn't particularly relish the idea of lying around naked with 10 other people in a 15X15 pool. ...

Well after a disastrous start yesterday today is looking much better. Sun is out cloudy but warm. Off to the beach in a bit n BBQ party later
