... I tried to get my surf skills down but the improvement is very little, Sahid instead had a blast with the great swell that was around. I think after months of not having touched the ocean or board, my smaller/new board, the cold weather and putting on a wet wetsuit is not working in my advantage. Drove on to Lekeitio for shopping, and to Ondarroa, where we overlooked cliffs and ...

The monuments and architecture, the history and beauty on every corner.
The apartments, boulevard after boulevard of stately buildings with their wrought iron balconies, every one a different pattern, their chimney pots and flower baskets.
The people, their innate style and ...

      Home straight.

... as croissants were the only thing on offer. Same result just a more public setting! Maybe it's good I'm getting close to the end. Also had trouble with water today. I only took 750mil with me as there was supposed to be a refill on the way. Once I got to it though it wasn't marked as drinkable "Eau Potable" and I didn't want to risk it. So when I got to 25kms low on water and after climbing a long hill I came across a farmers barn. It was set up ...
