... we had a great coastal walk, in search of la Vierge sur le rocher. We stopped at a café for hot drinks and directions. In addition to the directions, the owners offered us crêpes to share-we got to try their caramel, sugar, nutella and chocolate crêpes. Sweet! :) We had dinner on the way back to the hotel. We're doing great, and creating new friendships with our travel companions, a group from St. Louis, Missouri, and one from Colorado. Good ...

I think after months of not having touched the ocean or board, my smaller/new board, the cold weather and putting on a wet wetsuit is not working in my advantage. The coast along the Bay of Biscay very rugged with ...

... read. Another tradition I do on Anzac Day, is listen to the song that Becky Cole sings, 'Poster Girl' it's a great song too. There are many traditions we practice, being away hasn't made me forget them, it's enlightened me, reminding me home is where my heart is. Thinking of home on this memorable day, Lest We Forget ...

... Hannah was purchasing an item and instead of speaking in french, the person said, "do you want a bag for this?" Hannah turned to me and said, "they dont even try with us. They know we are totally helpless in that area." We got that in several stores we went into. The loud Americans are here everyone!! At the end of the little street, we checked the time to see it was already 7. (To be fair, Hannah came at 3:05.) We slowly made our way back to the hotel but ...
