    ... totally forgotten about the extra course that my meal came with - cheese! Placed in front of me was a rather hefty wedge of semi-soft cheese with a salty rind upon crushed walnuts and little pieces of toasted 'pain d'épices'.

    After eating ALL of that we got on to dessert. I had a massive crème brûlée and Alyssa had some pain d'épices and ice cream.

    ... to the Musée du Vin, which was one of the only places that was open! We learned all about the history and tradition of wine-making in the Bourgogne region. Not the best museum we have been to this trip, but it was still interesting to learn about how wine making has developed here.

    ... on the 10 euro tour of the factory and opted for the free mustard tastings instead. It turns out that there are a bagillion flavours of mustard and we must have tried at least a dozen. During our self-guided tasting another group showed up with one of the moutarderie employees which meant that we were able to try even more mustards than were normally on offer.
