Woke up in our lovely little alpine hideaway, made ourselves breakfast and worked out where we were going today and where we were staying the night. Had a little oops when we checked what we had booked last night and realised there were two places of the same and I had booked somewhere close to Poland! ... quite constricting. Finally we made it up the mountain and it was time to make our way down the rapidly flowing river. We had a series of jumps and slides that really weren't that bad. You really had to take care not to get a ton of water up your nose but that's normal. Then we got to our first rappel down the slippery side of a rock structure and I was super worries.
