... to get wetter snow boarding ...I have to walk the harness back up ...damn and then back for some fast pace action down the slope much fun ...with clothes on !! Everyone on my little slope are Aussies cool ..young group of Contiki travelers for me !...thanks guys ...And I'm off again ...So don't want to stop ...down so fast and the trip back up the escalator is so slow ...down fast ...I'm getting faster ...

There was an unfortunate problem as all of the cow bodies at the bottoms of these cliffs could not be left there ...

... back to the hotel and getting warm. My bed was my saviour, under the warm doona - I warmed up quickly once out of my wet jeans and socks. We also found that the backpack wasn't waterproof, and our spare change of clothes were wet anyway so these needed hanging up to dry. We ventured out a little later for a quick bite at a local food place. No local dishes tonight - just something quick and easy. By the time we got home I felt the start of a sore throat and dove for the betadine throat ...

... spreading out below us in some sections. There were several small farms along the way, noted by the groups of cows that we passed by. Some of the cows were right on our path, which was a surprise. The first hike ended at Allmendhubel. Like yesterday, this lift station had a restaurant accompanying it.
