... putt was really nice and really well done. The sun was beaming, so at the end, we were hot and sweaty. We walked back to the car, only to find two police officers standing by our car. Our parking was about to expire, so Mark ran up to them to find out what was wrong. They told us that we were parked facing the wrong way (but so we're many other cars!) And that we didn't obey the arrows on the street (not too obvious, especially ...

... will never be enough words to describe the feeling, nor the beauty. The scenic flight beforehand was breathtaking; so much white below, the houses all looked like Monopoly hotels. We started off by taking the train to Lauterbrunnen again. From there we took a gondola up to Grutschalp. We ...

... but after adopting a family with 4 children from D.C. who were also traveling to Lauterbrunnen, we arrived about an hour later than our originally scheduled time. We found the kiosk to purchase cable car/small rail tickets to Murren where hotel reservations awaited. The cable car took us straight up the mountain… the elevation changing from 750m to 1400m. Hotel Alpina was a short walk from ...

Week 22 26/07/2012 – 28/07/2012

I woke up early and grabbed myself some breakfast and then checked out. I waited around the hostel as my bus was coming at 1:00pm. I made friends with someone also waiting for the bus there. She was also going to Lauterbrunnen (Swiss Alps). We both hopped on the bus and made out way to Lauterbrunnen. We arrived at Lauterbrunnen at about 6pm and checked into our rooms.

The Swiss Alps is absolutely ...
