The least expensive ticket we could book from Amsterdam to Paris happened to have a 10 hour layover in Geneva, Switzerland. Lucky for us this gave us a chance to bop around this BEAUTIFUL city.

We got off the plane and found that the train was free to get from the airport into central Geneva (score!). We wandered directly down from the train station to Lake Geneva where we saw a bridge covered with Swiss flags and Geneva's flags, docks ...

... have free wifi but it didn't work so I left gen to read her Kobo and walked around to find free wifi next to impossible but I managed 30mins if I didn't move just enough time to contact our next host Ioan.
