    ... we head for Civitavecchia to board cruise ship. We will probably take an open air bus to get a flavor of the city tomorrow and plan our excursions from there based off what we see. Friday AM we have a private tour in the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica, et al. Should be fun!

    ... 8 different countries in 17 days and feel as though they have a good foundation of what that country is like?? May "boxes" got checked on this trip. And now with our "adventure" fever quenched, we are ready to tackle the next few months of our busy business schedule.

    ... we arrived in Navarre, more specifically the home of Brenda, Skeets, and Travis Mez and Chad Johnson. We were welcomed in and ate watermelon before dinner. The Mez's have two cute little dogs named Mozart and Cowboy; they were all kind enough to welcome Lew and I AND Lola for the evening.     ... on the road by 5:45. Sleep for little miss was kind of a mess, the first two hours she slept the majority of, but other than that sleep came in about 30 minute increments the rest of the 12 hour drive home. We all made it home in one piece but there were parts of it that got a bit hairy.     ... was absolutely mesmerized. She spent the whole rest of the cruise pointing to dolphins and birds as she saw them, giggling and smiling, dancing and waving to everyone else on board. Once we got back to the harbor we had two different groups of people tell us she was the hit of the trip (which of course made my heart swell with pride).

    I would highly recommend sea blaster for dolphin cruises, they make it so much fun ...
