OK so this is my first post on this site.
Here are our stats for today.
Left Oceanport at 8:45am and arrived in Sandusky, OH at 6:45pm.
We traveled 545 miles on I-80 and it was a long and hot ride.
Tomorrow is Chicago which is 250 miles, so an easy ride compared to today.

All good trips start out bumpy…. Right!? Hopefully that means the rest of our trip will be awesome!

PS I forgot to mention that Northwest Ohio received 6 inches of rain on Saturday and the RV was sitting in 3 inches of standing water!

... as the sun rises. I can feel the change in the sky. We did not drive all night, though I was surprised to see how well we all did pulling off and sleeping at a wayside rest. Five hours! And I didn't even have to load/unload the tent and gear. Despite break in the clouds/rain, the ground and everything our gear would touch is completely soaked. Today we will look for ...
