      ... she wasn't playing ball yesterday!! We could have got some amazing photos but it wasn't to be! We had a lovely day although it was long but Jamaica has some beautiful scenery and quite different to Dominican.we saw Papya , yams , mangos , bananas and of course sugar cane.there were some amazing properties dotted amongst the ghettos ! Tomorrow we are back to resting on the beach!!! Hope all is ok with everyone. ...

      Sunday started well and we took a pedal boat out to see if we could see any fish ! The sea is very clear and we did see some big starfish but otherwise no fish! As usual Rob then went out on the Cat. But whilst he was out at sea the weather hanged and a storm was brewing! Amazingly he was sensible enough to come back to land before it rained! The rest of the day ...

      The beach has been very vibrant today with lots of singing and buskers hoping to earn a few dollars! Some have been quite good! The day started very hot and quite calm but soon the wind got up and the sea was anything but calm! No one was taking the Cats out so of course Rob thought he would!!! Well he shot out to sea on the first breeze and soon was happily sailing back and forth! He said it was fantastic ! However the wind got up more and the side of the Cat ...

      We awoke to beautiful blue skies and avery hot start but as the day went on the wind got up and turned out to be a perfect day for sailing!! Apparently we are only 90 minutes from Cuba an dI did wonder if Rob was going to make an appearance on their shores as he became a dot on the horizon!!       ... the Alps as backdrops as well as running around the Irish castles and riding bikes in Japan with the magnificent autumn trees as backdrops. We arrived in Negril late on the Thursday night before Saturdays run and literally it was a whole world away from New York where we had been the previous 7 days. Whilst in NY we did a few runs around Central Park in 1 degree temperatures so to be hit with 30 degrees and 90 percent humidity was a nice surprise. ...
