... started. People everywhere with buckets of water, water pistols (sometimes filled with icy cold water) and music blaring, so this was an open invitation to the boys. We were dressed in our finery after dinner and arrived home 3 hours later absolutely drenched. We have never had so much fun in our lives. Little children, Thai men and women wetting you and painting your face with powder for good luck. Freezing cold water being poured over you made you stand up right, you then ...
