cooking with crazy tangy mojo sauce and the best black beans ever. John
had lechon, roasted pork with cracklings and a million onions. The food
was good, pretty rich. Both meals came with rice and beans, the
colloquial name for them is "Morros y Christianos" or Moors and
Christians, causing Marleah to laugh hard in between sips of mojito.

... over 75 miles away light up the horizon as if performing a light show without so much as sending a breeze our direction. Then the moon would rise taking center stage as its celestial glow drowned out its supporting stars, casting eerie glows on the sparse clouds and still waters and allowing for amazing views of its craters through the binoculars.We sat and starred in awe at the beauty surrounding us hundreds of miles away from land, with nothing but the sea and sky ...
... there was something (alligator, alligator nest, birds, etc.) located next to the second row behind the driver. We were sitting in middle of the second car of the tram and every time the tram stopped for people to see something, whatever we were supposed to be seeing had flown, crawled or swam away before we got there. But, Dan still got some incredible pictures of the birds and alligators. The baby alligators were really neat. And the big ones ...
... waves are less than 1 metre and the catamaran, under power from presumably twin diesels, handles the quartering seas pretty well, with not too much discomfort to the passengers, but definitely not the most ideal.
