... other things. When we first pulled up, another resident stopped and asked Leon if he wanted some surplus wood. He opened the tailgate of his truck and showed us a dozen or more 1X4 boards, all of equal length. He said he thought about Leon when he got them. Leon lit up and said he would be glad to have them. We unloaded them and stood them against a wall in the “Home Depot.” Who knows what they may turn into.

... Of course, you can’t just go into a Dunkin' Donuts and not leave with something, right? I thought the cinnamon rolls looked really good so I figured I should find out for sure. It was really good!

Cheryl had been home getting the refrigerator and freezer loaded, doing laundry and making some gluten free ginger cookies. I guess I got the better deal for the morning even thought it was a bust as far as seeing any trains ...

... case I forgot to mention it, the refrigerator in the motor home is not your conventional fridge. Because it is able to operate on propane or electricity, it works on a different principle. It is called a gas absorption cooler. The refrigeration unit uses heat to start a chemical reaction which, through evaporation and then condensation, cools the cold box.
