    ... even more exotic and exciting.
    Out of the Blue realization hits me.... i just took a 16 hour flight across and around the whole world, only to find myself in the international travel section at Barnes & Noble ..... but don't we have to be at home to start traveling? I mean doesn't every new travel start from home? Then, is this my home? Did I come back home only to travel outside? ... How about that???........Welcome home Mini ... Welcome home!!!

    Upon dusk we popped into the Natural History Museum to catch it in the final minutes before it closed.

    A quick trip through the metro popped us out at the Rockefeller Plaza. Home of 30 Rock, all of Rach’s dreams were starting to come true.

    Our cunning plan sort of worked as we all slept till 0630. Didn't quite manage breakfast- bad idea not to be repeated- and got in a taxi down to the Battery Wharf.
    We were on the first boat to Liberty Island and we were the first guests up to the crown of the Statue of Liberty. We were shortly joined by a (you guessed it) German family. We had read about it but the spiral staircase is tiny and the copper of the statue ...

    The real adventure starts today! It's a grey weather slightly foggy morning but winds are calm, we will be on the water for approximately 5 hours we are calling around trying to find a slip, our first choice is booked...more waiting. An exciting day and a few nerves are afloat :-)
