We had also our only alcohol today and the meal was very nice and not overpriced. if you are flying from Gatwick we would recommend staying here as great value. Drove across Bodmin Moor to the pub called "Jamaica Inn," scene of the novel by Daphne Du Maurier. The pub was built as a coaching house in 1750. We looked at the museum , partly about the authoress and partly about Cornish smuggling through the years, the subject of the book.
