The last two days have been lazy and relaxing. We had lunch in Brownsville with niece Vicki, who owns were own physical therapy business and is about to complete her Doctors degree in Physical Therapy. Bev and I first became acquainted with this area when daughter Beth worked for Vicki in her therapy business in the mid 90's. Beth lived on SPI and drove into Brownsville, about 22 miles. We made ...

Then we drove to the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. This area is know for the only remaining ocelots. ...
... that commute. As you travel out of town the sand from the beaches beome more evident. Pictures will help tell the story.
After a little walk around the complex where Joan lives, and along the wharf for those that have boats, we went to have dinner at Pier 19. Food was great and the sunset beautiful. A nice relaxing day that ended with a conversation with a old friend from Thermop that I hadn't visited with for over 20 ...
