... afternoon and the Chinese New Year Celebrations were ongoing in Chinatown. We got a tram in and had a look round the stalls and the stage before having a look at the nearby Greek Precinct. ... with a warning and the officer made a point of saying he had just saved her $444 on a speeding fine. NO idea why they use such random numbers for fines… there was one at the campsite of fires being fined at $732- how odd.
