    ... with their prototype Buell's they would make the cosmetics of the bike look shabby and placed a Honda logo rather than a Harley logo on the gas tank (but would intentionally invert the Honda "wings" for those in the know.

    There was far more at the Museum for me to talk about but this is my typing limit for today. If you're ever in Milwaukee - Go to the Harley Museum! It is well worth the pilgrimage...

    ... we will usually change our route to incorporate it. Always been worth it so far. Some of the houses along Lake Michigan were so large and opulent - mansions. Along the beaches, there were lots of people taking advantage of the good weather. The water in Lake Michigan is very very cold though we did see a few people swimming. These lakes are so huge - I guess that's why theya re called the Great Lakes. Ha Ha. It's like most things, knowing and seeing can be 2 very diffferent ...

    ... these winds. (While rain is a nuisance on a bike - wind gusts are your arch enemy). Fortunately, I was very near a rest stop and was able to pull off into the rest stop. I Donned my heavy rain gear and waited for the winds to subside for about 30 mins.     ... all principalities. The only one I’d miss would be Malta unless there is a ferry from Sicily to Malta then perhaps it’s in as well!! More on the “Principalities of Europe Ride” in the future.
