Today another great morning. Had breakfast at the lodge and were on the road by 8. We wanted to go to Bo's Hollow today first and then Akers 2 car ferry because Bo's was only 3 miles from the lodge. Bo's did not open until 10 so we ran over to Akers car ferry first and then back tracked to Bo's. The ferry had a toll of $4 and I was the only one that put my car on. Another day of driving....yep, that's about all I can say. Lots of wind - sure makes the driving very difficult. We drove about 5 hours to just outside St. Louis to a place called Cahokia, IL. There is an RV park here in the middle of the industrial district here. We had a great dinner at the Saw Mill restaurant. They specialize in daily fresh smoked meats - you name it they had it. Very tasty!
