We had two friends leave the show yesterday under sad circumstances and the weight of that and the last 7 months is burdening me. I've heard from so many people that the last two months of the season are usually the hardest to get through and they weren't lying. We have our good moments (like two fantastic crowds a couple of days ago who made me feel like I could do this forever) and that's what gets us through.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I truthfully have no ...

... enjoying how much the little kids were into it, but J.P. got some chuckles out of them all the same. The daycare split the kids up into the really young and the slightly older, but still pretty young, so John did two shows there to finish off the day. He had a kid who was too nervous to help him at the beginning of the show, but at the end, J.P. asked the same kid if he was ready to help him now and the kid beamed as he walked up. A nice victory ...

... much as possible. So, we will be spending two weeks volunteer teaching while living with a local Kenyan household. I can't wait to surround myself with Kenyan children of all ages, get to know them, and show them all the love I already have for them!

After that we will take time to travel the land on our own to see what it has in store.

First up we have a safari. So many great things come from this. My dad and grandpa will be flying over and joining us ...
