The day started earlier than usual. A couple of the ladies and I did some shopping at the Farmer's Market in downtown around the square. I texted Liz and asked her about it and she said it would be very crowded, but since we were planning to be there at 7 am, ...

... this morning and left it off while we were gone. It was off for about 3 hours and the temp in the refrigerator rose to 46 degrees. When we checked the gas level, we have used about 1/4 of a tank. So it seems we are using about 1/2 gallon/hour which is what the generator info stated. I know that sounds lame, but this one looks like a log cabin, both inside and out, complete with trophy animals. Sue told me that the last time they were there, some of the animals had hamburgers, fries and drinks in their paws. That is no longer the case, but it is still a unique McDonald's. Next we drove around ...

Today was probably the hardest day I've experienced since being away. Firstly it started with saying goodbye to some of the loveliest people I've met, and I had to say goodbye to my Contiki Steve so that was super hard. Saying goodbye to all of them is just awful but knowing that some of them are just a short plane ride away is comforting. We make all these plans to catch up and I know it probably isn't likely but I sure as hell hope it happens. Some of ...
