Friday (day 3) was an amazing day on the road. I tried to meet up with Shannon who will be my room mate in Florida. She recommended a diner just down the road from where I stayed. It was in one of those very old buildings with crooked floors and a tiny ladies washroom.

... over the James River and then went to the cascading waterfalls. It was a bit of a walk and Chrisitna made it about half way. We both had sandals on and that probably wasn't the best footwear.
