Front Royal had a few note worthy battles during the civil war and thus has it's fair share of attractions related to the great battle between the Union and the Confederates. ... road. They did but their explanation sounded a bit complicated. They saw the look of doubt in my eyes, sensing that I didn't relish the thought of getting lost in this area. That's when one of them said to me, "don't worry, it's not like Deliverance out here". Great line and I just had to laugh. Oink, oink, squeal like a pig! Bought all day pass for the Metro. Changed lines and got off at the National Geographic Museum. Loved all the pictures. The exhibit featured women photagraphers. It is all about lighting and capturing human emotions. Had lunch from lunch carts in the park. Carter and I had gyros and Fred and Santiago had hamburgers. Took metro back to Capitol. Took pictures of Supreme Court building, library of congress, and Capitol. ...
