We found that with the trailer we weren't able to travel on 66 as much as we planned but we drove some of the way on the Route in each of the eight states that it travels through and followed the interstate that parallels the road the rest of the way.
We still need to drive from the start of 66 in Chicago back to Bloomington. That will wait for another day.
