... Memphis via Alabama and Mississippi .. A four and a half hour drive with stops along the way anywhere we saw a Harley sign.. Good trip..

Arrived in Memphis around 7.30pm.. Interesting place.. Will be good to have. Bit of a look around tomorrow.. Off to Gracelands to see how Elvis is going pushing up those daisies and have deluxe tour tickets so we can go and look at his airplanes, bikes and cars. Should be good.

I will definitely go here again..I highly recommend this wonderful playland that God has given us to enjoy in his backyard...

I parked and had to get out to investigate the church and take some photos. Also found some history of the church online:History of the McMinnville First United Methodist Church

... 5 miles down the road from the sign was like a curtain raising before a show. I was giddy, my heart was racing - MLK Jr had been here! Miles Horton educated hundreds of impoverished "second-class" citizens and fueled the most historic movement in our current history! Even though the school had been converted to a functioning church years back, the log-cabin facade was still emblematic of how the most powerful ideas come in ...
