Enroute to dinner last night our UBER driver was inquiring as to our travel plans. We mentioned Morgantown as a stop off on the way to New Orleans. Not a good idea was the comment. Industrial town build around the Petro Chem industry with nothing to do and the whole place is closed by 6pm. Well you have to accept local knowledge so an extension here, has happened. The idea being breakfast then pickup some charcuterie and a bottle of wine., sit in the park so Declan can play on ...

They are not hot, but flavorfully spiced. Maque Choux is a corn dish simmered with diced aromatic vegetables. It’s served over rice and topped with steamed
crawfish. What a delicious way to start the afternoon.
... Texas for some lunch at a rest area...finally something other than Turkey in a wrap...tuna sandwiches, heaven! Then back on the road we got to see some the sticks! Something had happened on the main route in adding 2 hours to our journey so we decided on a detour taking us through some interesting places! At camp I barely had enough time to get the tent up before I had to start cooking. Tonight my group were preparing a Korean curry and it ...
