    ... couldn't get over the fact that I'm from DC. They made me sign the guest book and gave me a few places to see while in Bemidji. One of those places, Bemidji Woolen Mills, was perfect. They spin their own yarn from local wool and I'm collecting a thing of yarn from each state on my trip to make an afghan with when I get back. Got my yarn and off down the GRR again.     Well the first thing I learned was that the 'detailed' map i have of the Great River Road is not very detailed. It only shows major roads but not the roads that connect them together.     We began the day touring the National Buffalo Museum in Jamestown, ND, which actually was not much of a tour at all. There was a small old frontier town, a few buffalo statues, a gift shop and a small herd of buffalo, which included an albino buffalo. Fortunately, it was free. Nonetheless, I took a photo of John with one of the statues.
