    ... and through several mountain towns, it was a beautiful ride. Along the way we took a side trip into the “Red Rocks Park”, here plate movements millions of years ago pushed these red rocks to the surface, creating these tilted red rock formations. What makes these red rocks even more unusual is that they are only visible in this one small area.

    Left Utah for Colorado this morning. Had breakfast and off we went. We are two days ahead of schedule to arrive in Colorado.
