    ... an Irish coffee (hot coffee with sugar and Baileys liquor- much stronger here than in the states!!) and we each got a mini dessert. She got an apple crisp that came with a small scoop of ice cream and I got a chocolate mousse that came with a chocolate honeycomb biscuit. Both of our drinks came with small cookies.     We tried a B & B in Waterville, the first one since our mixed results in Sicily. This one proved to be fantastic, our accommodation was spotless and our hosts ensured everything we required was made available.
