... the train station, fighting off some Roma kids, and catching the train to Craiova, the next bigger city. The memorable journey took about 5 hours through a flat and somewhat boring agricultural countryside. However it was quite interesting, in that many local farmers and boys seemed to use the slow-moving train as a means to get around, by getting on and off as they pleased through the mostly open doors.
