We see this as a new phase in our travels, we will call it the no Wat/Temple travel!

This is the part of the trip where we wind down a bit and start to do not very much. We are starting in Phuket where Luke is doing his Open Water Diving (unfortunately Koh Tao is in monsoon at the moment and not really open) and then we will hop down the Andaman Sea side islands, Phi Phi, Lanta and Lipe before finishing up in Langkawi for ...

Still haven't mastered how to get the photos from the camera to the iPad when ...

... of. But as we wandered about the place we came directly to a bar and if we paid 150 baht for a drink we could go inside. It was a far better deal than any of the touts were offering.

Now, my parents and grandmother read this blog so I wont go into any detail but it was interesting to note that the patrons of this bar were mostly mixed gender groups of friends like us and that there wasn’t really anything sexual about the show itself. We were at a very mild show though ...

... They only had a Mcdonand's to eat at tho, but they were adding other options.

After a 1 hour flight on Firefly airlines (ticket was less than 100 dollars...for a discount airline, the service was pretty good. Free juice and a free snack!) I arrived in Phuket. I went out the gate and immediently am assulted by offers of tours, taxis, tuk tuks. It's kinda difficult to block all that ...
