Today we visited the largest Commonwealth war cemetery in the world, Tyne Cot. It was an amazing experience and makes you appreciate how many lives were taken for our freedom. Rest in Peace. The Flanders Field Museum was also an amazing experience as there were many eye ...

Ostend, Belguim was a quick 2 night stopover on our way to Amsterdam.

It had a huge beach and a large esplanade with some cool orange art features.

It was empty of people and would be one of those places that come alive in summer.

We did a day trip to the nearby gorgeous city of Bruges.

This is a cool city centred around a couple of big plazas, lots of canals and pretty photo

Plus it doesn't help that all my clothes are dirty. Including all my socks and underwear....cheers to having a ...

Time for another big drive! The last few trips have only been a few hours and have been quite broken up but today was a long haul. We got on the bus at about 8am and weren't due to arrive until after 5. We had the usual napping time to start with, followed by pulp fiction and our map/discussion with food and toilet breaks along the way. The Netherlands is part of what they often refer to as the Low Countries in Europe as there are no mountains and actually a lot of the country is ...
