Roadtrip eve excitement!
With less than 16 hours to departure, the Bloss house is filled with a mess from packing, anxiousness and most of all excitement! Bentley is excited to see the packing too. I'm sure this will change when he realizes he will be taking a trip to the vet instead. On the bright side, we have Sadie's bag packed and ready to go along with our snacks and items for the cabin. Now we need to get to packing our clothes. This could be a long night...hopefully we get some sleep ...

Week 10 - Alabama at LSU
... This was certainly a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend an LSU game, and don't shy away from the big opponents. There is nothing else like the tailgating there, and the people were great. People came from all over to be at this game. I sat between an Alabama fan from San Francisco and an LSU fan from St. Louis. It was a regular melting pot full of gumbo. Rating - 10 of 10

The Journey of Sadie & Bentley
The story began in June of 2005 when Sadie the pug was born and taken in by Carly, her human mother. Sadie was very excited to gain a dad, Greg, later in May of 2011. Soon after the wedding, Bentley, a mutt rescued while trying to salvage food from a McDonald's parking lot, became Sadie's only sibling. Bentley seems to be a Wire-haired Pointing Griffon mix but, we will never know for sure. Now a small family, the Bloss' tell their travel ...
Stopped in Baton Rouge
We did not get to walk around in New Orleans. We couldn't find a place to park the RV that was anyway near the vicinity of safe and New Orleans streets are too narrow to navigate a RV through. However, we did get to see a little bit of it. We ended up stopping in Baton Rouge. Pretty happening city. We are staying at a Doubletree Suites. The hotel is beautiful and staff is so friendly. We got a 2 bedroom suite so another night in an actual bed for Phil and I. Kids slept good ...
