    ... was beautiful on quiet paths through fields and on dykes. The weather was the warmest all week and most of us took one layer off - only two more to go before riding in jerseys!     ... trams and 3,000,000 bicycles and pedestrians who think that they rule the roads, it can get you pretty edgy.     ... eye opening one. We were forced to learn to utilise a completely different public transport network to get everywhere (which included guessing when it came to buying tickets on the ticket machines because the English translation still ended up being in Dutch) and get used to looking left and right about 6 times before crossing the road because of potential rogue cyclists.     ... what I thought was the smallest mains I had ever seen as next we had an ice cream type course, it turns out this was a palate cleanser so all good we got mains and then a trilogy of chocolate sweets.
