When we went into the castle we hired some audio commentary headphones which told us about the history of each room as we went through it. We went through 32 rooms in total. On the audio there was the main history and then some extra bits with more details about one specific ...

He did end up breaking his wrist though and the ambulance came to take him to the hospital. It could've been much worse! The parade wasn't as impressive as Eindhoven but the city was beautiful! ... I am happy that you had a good life (two beautiful kids to show for it) I am mad as hell that it was taken so early from you. This was not fair.

Anyway, it is what it is sis. I have to accept that now, but I want you to know that you will NEVER be forgotten and that I think of you every single day and I miss you; I wish you were still here with us.

          I love you.

... It proved to be 3€ each very well spent. This was definitely the most interesting and engaging audio tour Ive done to date. We went from room to room through the apartments, learning the story of the Dutch Royal Family over the years, from the stadtholders William I to V, to French occupation, and return of William Vs son, to become King William the first.

We bought our treats, tasted some amazing samples of fresh mango (so sweet!) and cheese (so stinky!), then rode our bikes back home. Before we left I looked for tongue burn ointment, but alas they sold none.

We got home and Kit made lunch. Lance and I tried to find ...
