    ... are different festivities every night, starting with what they call Fat Thursday where all the markets, restaurants etc put on special deals etc and everyone eats and drinks all day!     ... we donned our rain gear, grabbed our umbrellas and headed out. It poured "cats and dogs" and by the time we got there we found there was about an 1 hour wait and there was absolutely no place to shelter.
