The morning started with a trip to Starbucks . . . I drove this time, as there was a pretty good downpour!! BTW, we had water again!!

Our intentions were that we would say goodbye and hit the road, but when we got to Nick & Connie's, she had prepared a complete breakfast for us . . . so we stayed to enjoy it and visit a bit more.

... some of the locks, but usually locked through with others. We had purchased a Parks Canada permit to tie up to the lock walls along the way, so that's where we stopped for the evening. In the larger towns, there were power pedestals and we could also get water. However, there were some lock walls where we ran our generator for power. Since the weather was generally cool at night, we turned the generator off before bedtime and were quite comfortable.

... we discovered a bookstore, a nautical shop, clothing boutiques, gifts shops and a kitchen supply store. The boys looked at boats in the harbor docked on a beautiful afternoon. Dinner at a restaurant called Turkey Pizzaria. We shared a large pizza and it was delicious. Before we left, we enjoyed a jazz musician participating in an event called Musique in Harbor Springs.
