... did not say it was so hot, but we were wet with sweat! We had to sit in the sun for the shows. They do fantastic shows here.

We left early. The GPS had a hissy fit trying to get us back to Coronado. We came part of the same way as yesterday, but he chose a few new streets. Ed finally took over and got us out a loop before the thing went back to his original route. It has been suggested that we give the GPS a name. Some times he is like the Wizard ...

Rather than one big trail, thus reserve has lots of smaller trails which you can combine to turn into a big loop, 2.5 hours hiking to complete, then off to catch up with Andy. 30 mins to the Sony SD office, went out to lunch at the Rancho Bernado ...

... middle of nowhere- sounds like the start of most horror films and it was just about as scary to be honest haha. We missed a couple of exits to get gas and realised we wouldn't make it to the next, so made an illegal manoeuvre on the highway and made it back to a two pump gas station with no other buildings in sight. Ordinarily that wouldn't freak me out at all because the ones like that in NZ aren't dodgy at all, but a couple of very creepy ...
