    ... be off to explore.
The one thing that all the islands seem to have in common is blue hydrangeas. They appear to grow wild, in hedges high up in the hills and are quite beautiful. An unusual sight for us as they are very hard to grow in English gardens unless your soil is alkaline!
In a few days I will be flying back to England whilst Peter and the boys take White Rose back to the Mediterranean. It will give me a chance to visit family, and get some Marmite to take back!!!

... It really hasn't sunk in yet what we are doing. I guess after Thursday when we start hitting a new port everyday reality will sink in quickly. Anyway, since Donna had dinner I was on my own. She ate hers in the cabin while I hit the shower. Being the extra nice person that I am I invited her to go with me to dinner. However, while I was getting dinner she went to the pastry shop for hers. Now dinner. After burning off over 600 calories ...

... every sea day just as a taster of the atmosphere here and that is also the theme for the competition so all good there. In the afternoon there is a craft group so I'm sorted. All the groups only happen on sea days, I've already got someone that's latched on to me (that's the down side) I hadn't bargained to be teaching folk. Still at least it takes the edge off any rough sea which I'm pleased to say has flattened out quite a lot as the day has progressed. Its a formal ...
