... picture taken with you at times makes one feel as though they are some kind of movie star. The Chinese people I have encountered on my time here in China have helped form a very positive outlook for me regarding the Chinese people. My next post I will update on some of my travels, places I would recommend seeing as well as some do and don’ts I have learnt during my time here. Please feel free to comment with any suggestions or if you would just like to commend the blog Peace out. ...

... I taught 6th and 7th graders computer technology for a year. Fast forward a year and we find my current position here in China. Arriving in China nothing could have prepared me for what was to come. I took a job in a very small town called Guangrao this is situated in the province of Shangdong. Upon arrival in China I was given a piece of paper with a bus schedule and the Chinese characters for the bus station. I was never warned ...

... city, had several European concessions and is the site of China's oldest brewery. The drive to Binzhou from Beijing is 4-5 hours and goes through Hebei province, the location of a lot of manufacturing. The day we left Beijing was pretty bad for smog, and it didn't really improve as we left. Binzhou is a city of only 400-500 000. Though apparently the birthplace of Sun Tzu (author ...

    ... climbed this mountain.

Everyone time we reached a cheak point, looking up just reveal a lot more and it never seemed to end, but eventually, after 35 minute after reaching halfway, we reached the top! We got some food and refreshments. The view is absloutely gorgerous. It seem like a sea of trees with a path of people in it.

Me and 2 other people were the FIRST to reach the top. We waited a long time for the rest to appear. It is a shame that I don't have much picture.
