Nothing could prepare me for what I would experience so far in China. Most people would think that the teaching aspect would be the most difficult to adapt to, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time teaching in China so far. The students are great and love engaging with a foreigner for some it’s a bit of a frightening experience, seeing a foreigner for the first time. ... city, had several European concessions and is the site of China's oldest brewery. The drive to Binzhou from Beijing is 4-5 hours and goes through Hebei province, the location of a lot of manufacturing. The day we left Beijing was pretty bad for smog, and it didn't really improve as we left. Binzhou is a city of only 400-500 000. Though apparently the birthplace of Sun Tzu (author ...

We ride a shuttle bus to half way up the mountain, but the mountain still seems so high. The climbed was slow at first as many couldn't keep up, but than we tour guide, Kevin says we could break up and meet At he top.

We were all fast and energetic at first, and most of the people went as fast as they can. But after a while, fatigue started to set in. The view is absolutely beautiful. There are a lot of carvings, also a lot of food stands that sells water to tired. No wonder a lot ...
