Since Monday, we've kept busy, walking each morning at a track behind the YMCA. It's about .8 of a mile. We're walking just over three miles, there, around and back to the Days Inn. We've met lots of friendly folks here. Most are amazed that we are from so far away and some aren't even sure where Montana is. I'm wondering myself, at this point.

Yesterday we went to Mass at Our Lady of la Sallente Church here in Canton. There was a great variety of folks there and they were friendly. The Pastor is Hispanic and had good things to say as Mass began. The Deacon, an older fellow, preached and had a good sense of humor, in my opinion. I did notice that we laughed, perhaps, a bit more often the the average parishioner.

Freeway driving has it's benefits to getting somewhere quickly but sure is boring unless you stop...and we didn't do much of that today! No snow and temperatures climbing. We had three half hour delays due to accidents. Sadly, in one a mother was pulling a trailer with 7 children in it and two wee ...

Today's goal was to make it out of Florida and well into Georgia. We got an early star (7:30) and Regina outdid all plans, pushing on past Atlanta and making it into the Georgia mountains. We stopped for the night in Adairsville Georgia. This is supposed to be a cute town, but we elected to stay put once parked. Took a leisurely stroll around the campground. It was OK, but not a place to spend much time. TODAY - DISTANCE 477 miles IN 8:00 TOTAL - DISTANCE 737 miles IN ...

I realise not all of you know who I'm referring to when I talk about the places I am and the people who I'm with. So right now I'm staying with our family friends the 'millers' in Kennesaw, Atlanta. there is Terry and Chris (parents), Lauren, Jorja, Eden (the three daughters) and Jamaal, Lauren's boyfriend. there is also Nalah the dog :) In their neighbourhood they have some horse stables ...
