When we arrived at the castle Courtney and I took the walk up the hill to reach it and at the top we waited for Mickey and Ann to arrive via horse and carriage. We all took a fantasy like tour thru this mystical castle, ...

... one to fly right into our kayak! Maybe they were attracted to the light colour of our kayak. We found out later these fish are called mullet and are born with a lung as the waters are low in oxygen...maybe the mangroves take much of the oxygen. It is wonderful to watch this display of flying fish, egrets, great white herons, brown pelicans and yellow crowned night-herons. On the beaches we have seen a dolphin close up...Frances will be pleased ...
