Reception was excellent--friendly and wonderfully accommodating. The room was clean and well-equipped. The pool was amazing. The gardens were beautiful. Requests were handled promptly and politely. Our car was parked securely. We traveled with two small children and felt our needs were more met above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

Blow dryer did not work, trouble getting adequate towels for family of 5. Bathroom cleanliness suboptimal. For price, less than expected. Otherwise good location, friendly service.

Clean and nice hotel a little bit secluded but good way to start or end a tour. Nice pool and trails around the hotel. Big rooms and good restaurants for Dinner and Breakfast.

Gabriella, who quickly became "Gabi", was warm, down to earth and loved to talk. It's was fantastic for me as I had saved two days worth of questions for her. "What's with the dogs?" "Why do so many people stand at the side of the road?" "What is maracuyo?" She showed me around the building where my classes would be taught. It really is set up like a cozy home rather than a ...

... or so in search of some bars we had heard about that were suppose to be the place to be but turns out, one was closed and the other was dead. Actually the town itself was virtually dead, which was very strange as it was a party week in a party town. Luckily, out of no where we found a place that was absolutely packed! (as it happens 100m from our hostel) and we quickly made up for lost time and followed our Mexicans lead...which of course ment tequila...alot of bloody ...

Then we went to check out the waterfalls and have lunch by them..I have never seen a real waterfall like that before so I actually felt really grateful to be able to experience something like that. It was so awesome I would totally go back again!
