So we've had a really nice few days and are loving Phuket so much that we have changed our minds and have no immediate plans to leave! I've got the hang of riding our moped so we can get about ourselves now and it's been really cool to use it to do things like drive to the local markets to get dinner. We travelled from Surat Thani to Phatong phuket on a minibus caught it from the train station we arrived at two days earlier in Suratthani. Saw our first scooter accident whilst waiting for the bus not serious surprised it's taken so long the way they drive! 6 hour journey to Pkuket saw elephants working at the side of the road not something you see very often, bus was air conditioned Tim was once again without seat for the first section ...
