After a less than pleasant night, John had a late breakfast and we checked out. Apart from the food episode it was a great place to stay and we would recommend the Grand Imperiale Hotel as a good place to base yourself to see Lake Como (but don't eat at Cafe Bellini - a couple of doors down!) Today was a rest day. MAfter a late breakfast at 9:30 we organised ourselves and decided to go to the next village for a look around. We took the ferry to Cernobbio via Torno so zigged across the lake then back again towards Como. As with anywhere on the lake, it was once again, very picturesque.
