Sorry it's late - we don't have wifi in the place we're staying. Yesterday (Wednesday 7th Jan) we woke up to an amazing breakfast once again and then we were dropped off into town in Lugano. The shops are so big and are many levels. ... NEVER EVER been charged for ice before in my life. Oh well. Another rip off. Sadly, it seems to be the way of things in Italy - any chance restaurants and shops can squeeze some extra cash out of tourists, they will take it.
