... make our way. Finally trying for some sleep.. I can ever sleep on these things! Not to mention, it's either no ac and a million degrees inside, or the polar opposite where they crank the ac to the point of almost seeing your breathe! This happened to be one of the freezing buses, as such makes it no easier to sleep! Thankfully it was rather early, and here we are..Hoi An! It's beautiful at first glance, and as tired as I am.. The family hostel we are staying at have been collecting donations from travellers in the aim to give money back to the poor. As this hostel has reached its 1 year anniversary this morning we went with Annie the owner to give the collection to some of the poor families. Even reliving it is incredibly emotional. The first place was a small shanty home which housed a husband, wife, and three young children. The husband had bone cancer and was dying. The wife was working long hours ...

... so we set down one of the side streets and found an empty cafe that offered cheap western breakfasts. It was empty and smelled funny but it was cheap and the coffee looked ok! We had some food then went for a walk to explore the area. It was different to Saigon in the way of busyness and mayhem but there was still the same street sellers, food carts and strange shops.

We had been told by the hotel that they had a space reserved on the ...
